Volunteer Management
Keep track of all your volunteers by assigning them to departments under the ministries in which they desire to serve. When the time comes for a job to be assigned, department members are the only people in the list. So for example, if you have a church wide service and have set up a technical department under that ministry, then you can add people to the technical department and when it comes time to assign a job like soundboard, the people in the technical department are the only ones that can be chosen. This keeps the list short and keeps people from being overlooked in serving God.
