Small Group Management
We have implemented a simple to use small group management system. Small groups
are easy to create. They are tracked by categories and semesters. Small groups can be
exported from one semester to another, eliminating data entry.
Small groups are available in the e-Member section. When a member logs on, they can
easily join any small group.
Taking attendance is easy and safe. EzRA allows you to create a username
for each of your small group leaders, giving them only a "User" access level to small groups.
Once the small group leader logs on, they can simply go to the small groups menu, choose
their small group and click which members were absent or present. An email is then sent to persons who have been given specific administrative access with the attendacne details. Small group leaders can send mass emails to their small group memebers. Your leaders will be pleased with EzRA's small group features.
