Contribution Management
EzRA makes tracking your contributions easy. Our contributions are tracked by your main service rather than by batch. EzRA allows you to associate your contributions with a specific service date and time, thus making it easier to find contribution information. Batch contributions can be hard to work with and updating a closed batch can be frustrating. Keeping batch numbers with specific services can be challenging. EzRA’s contribution management eliminates these difficulties.
Commitment "pledge" tracking is a standard feature with EzRA. Create a new commitment account and then add members to the account as they make the commitments. You do not have to go to a different area to track your commitments. Publish your new commitment account and it appears in the list of other accounts. Choose the member and the commitment account and enter the amount. EzRA tracks it for you.
