Check-in
Our child check-in system is a great feature of EzRA that is included in the EzRA church
management solution package. With the right equipment, you can check in all your children
at one station and then allow parents to take their kids to their rooms or assign volunteers to
do that. Our check-in system is touch screen capable and prints out labels for each child as
they are checked in. It is a fast and easy check-in. Many places sell key tags or cards and offer
barcode printing on the back. You can choose a company or we can recommend a company
for you. Once you have your key tags, it is as simple as assigning a key tag for each person that
will be checking children in. They simply walk up to the kiosk, scan their key tag and the children
associated with their family will appear on the screen. They simply touch the children's names
they are checking in and hit the check-in button. The labels are printed and that is it. You now have
a time, person's name and what ministry they were checked in for in a database. You can run
reports on all your services for check-in records. Want to require checkout as well? No problem.
We have a checkout system. The steps are the same, except no label is printed. Only children that
were checked in will be on the list of those that can be checked out. Do not pay extra for an essential
